The SOG FF11-CP is a substantial pocket knife. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV steel. It has a long tip, which is ideal for finer cutting tasks. The black coating on the blade gives it a tactical look. The handle is made from textured G10, so you can still get a good grip even with wet hands. You can easily open the knife with one hand. A distinguishing feature of this knife is the option to place the thumb stud yourself. This means you can adjust it to the size of your own hand, so you can reach it perfectly. When opened, the blade is locked by a solid back lock. The pocket clip is placed tip-up and can be positioned for both left-handed and right-handed users.
